International Falls is 30 miles to the north on U.S. Highway 53 as is Fort Francis, Ontario, Canada. Duluth, MN is 150 south. This is a four-season recreation area. The miles and miles of lakes and waterways offer world-class fishing from May-October then freeze over to welcome some of the best ice fishing around! Snowmobiling is a popular winter pastime with access to many miles of trails in both Minnesota and Ontario.
